We are based in Jacksonville, Arkansas, just north of Little Rock, and work with distributors and service providers across the United States to support what we sell. If you're a service provider, ask us about distribution opportunities in your area.

John and Sharla Holladay founded Best Beverage Equipment Service in 2001, quickly building a strong national presence in service, support, sales, and remanufacturing. In 2021, we sold that business—but coffee equipment is in our blood.

Recognizing ongoing industry challenges, we established BEST Coffee Gear to meet the need for reliable super-automatic espresso and coffee equipment. Specifically, we aim to reduce costly repairs and excessive downtime.

To achieve this, we partner with manufacturers Thermoplan (Switzerland) and Ryoma Coffee World (Italy), who emphasize quality craftsmanship and modular component systems for simplified maintenance. Their designs make service and repairs faster and easier, minimizing downtime when issues arise. Since great coffee and espresso start with great water quality, we also partnered with BWT for dependable water filtration systems.

In addition to super-automatic equipment, we continue to offer traditional espresso machines, standard coffee and tea brewers, and full setup solutions. We also provide remanufacturing and sales of various commercial beverage equipment brands and purchase existing equipment as part of upgrade rollouts.
