Refund policy

Please ensure that you speak with a BEST Coffee Gear representative to verify you are ordering the correct machine for you application. 

Most equipment needs to be installed and calibrated by a trained technician.  Options for a required service and installation plan will be discussed before final checkout.  Site readiness verification may be required to ensure utilities and space are adequate for the unit desired.  Manufacturer approved water treatment and cleaning supplies are required to operate this equipment. Representative will discuss the requirements during the order verification discussion. All machine sales are FINAL, no returns or refunds accepted.  

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Authorization number issued by Best Coffee Gear.  All returned orders subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Note, all machines and water filtration system sales are FINAL, no returns will be accepted. 

To start a return, you can contact us at accounting@bestcoffeegear.com. You will receive a Return Authorization Form that must be filled out and placed in the box with the item. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2603 Poloron RD, Unit D, Jacksonville AR 72076  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Items damaged during shipping will require the customer to file a damage claim with the carrier and notification to BEST Coffee Gear BEFORE accepting the shipment. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like machines, water filter cartridges and accessories.  Certain parts including electronic control boards will not be accepted if removed from original packaging.  
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
